PIJ Inc. today officially launched a real estate management SaaS designed for small and medium-sized real estate owners and property management companies in Japan.
The service includes features optimized for Japanese rental practices.
Key Features:
- Free forever for up to 10 units
- Flat 5,000 JPY/month for 11–20 units
- +250 JPY per unit beyond 21
- Automatic calculation and billing of security deposit, key money, and renewal fees
- Owner-facing payment statements and rent roll output
- Optional credit card rent payment (paid add-on)
This real estate management SaaS was developed as a bootstrap revenue foundation to sustainably fund the development of our core product, "AI-VideoAuth™" — a blockchain-backed video authenticity verification platform.
AI-VideoAuth™ launched on December 16, 2024, gaining initial traction including over 291 PV on the PR TIMES coverage. We are currently in discussions with several Japanese media organizations for beta deployment.
We will continue advancing both products in parallel, contributing to society in both deepfake countermeasures and real estate DX.
